Refund & Return Policy

At Lioréva, we aim for complete customer satisfaction. This return policy has been created to ensure you can shop with confidence, knowing that if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are here to help.
1. General
We offer a 14-day return period. This means that from the date you receive your item, you have 14 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unworn or unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also be able to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request has been approved, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We cannot accept items that are returned without a prior return request.

2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover that an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. This allows us to evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to receive a different item as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the original item as soon as possible. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item. This is the fastest way to receive the correct product.
4. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above policy, if your goods are shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also be able to provide proof of purchase.
5. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to fully process and display the refund on your account.
6. Personalized Products
Personalized or custom-made products — including items where names or other personal details are provided for printing or customization — are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
This is because these products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. We strongly recommend carefully reviewing all personalization details before placing your order.
