We currently ship to selected European countries. Available shipping destinations are shown during checkout.

Yes, we offer free delivery on all orders, with no minimum purchase.

Returns & Refunds
What is Lioréva’s return policy?
You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
What are the conditions for a return?
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
How do I initiate a return?
To request a return, please contact our customer service at hey@lioreva.com. You will receive return instructions and the correct return address.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not charge any restocking fees.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within up to 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to display the refund.
Can I exchange an item?
To receive a different item as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order. This ensures the fastest processing.
Are personalized items eligible for return?
Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
